I love to explore different media on canvas.  I use acrylic, water colors, oil sticks, pastels, pencils and/or spray paint.  Occasionally, I collage in journal pages that I've written anywhere from 1985 to the present.

Every painting tells a story.  An experience.  Energy.  Lessons learned.  I start intuitively letting the energy and emotion move through me and onto the canvas.  Eventually a story begins to appear and I refine.
