I'm originally from New Jersey, just miles from the Big Apple.  Growing up I spent nights in the city and weekends at the Jersey Shore.  I traveled all over the world and the U.S. in my early 20's while serving in the Navy.   These days I call Woodstock, Georgia my home where I live with my husband, our two boys, dog and Holland lop bunny.

I believe we all have this inner child, this inner bad-ass, this person deep within the core of our souls that wants to be unleashed.  From experience, I believe whole heartedly that the more we become ourselves, the more happiness and inner peace we feel.  It's that simple, but it takes time and it's not always easy.

Art can be powerful in that something about it speaks to that truth within.  We may not be able to make sense of it or understand why, but there's no denying it when we feel it.  It's a nudge.  A small gravitational pull.  A constant reminder.

Painting allows me to tap deep down into my inner truth, pull it out and express it.  It allows me to be myself - unapologetically.  I want my art to do the same for others.  To ignite the soul, to tap into a sense of uninhibited freedom, to give the strength to be who you are, unapologetically.

When I'm not painting I enjoy exploring life with my family.  We love to skateboard together and you will often find us at our local skatepark.
