There was a time—not too long ago—when I found myself sitting on the couch thinking, “Is this it? Is this life?” I was raising two boys, constantly overextending myself, trying to do all the things and be all the things. I was stressed, stretched thin, and drinking to unwind. At first, it was to take the edge off. But over time, I realized I was numbing myself—and slowly wasting away a life that had so much more to offer.

I felt like I was failing at everything that mattered. I was afraid I wasn’t doing my best as a mom. I felt like an imposter yoga teacher, preaching presence and purpose while feeling so disconnected from my own. I couldn’t shake the question: What about my dreams?

Then came a wild, messy, beautiful season of awakening. I quit drinking. I picked up a paintbrush. I learned to skateboard at 43. I helped care for my mother-in-law in her final days. That season cracked me wide open. It showed me what really matters. It reminded me how short life is—and how beautiful it can be when we stop numbing, stop hiding, and start showing up fully.

Today, I’m thriving in midlife—skateboarding, painting, coaching, and leading workshops that light me up from the inside out. I’m constantly learning and trying new things—wakeboarding, playing pickleball, walking in the woods—anything that makes me feel alive. I savor the little things, find joy even in the hard moments, and feel genuinely proud of the woman I’ve become.

I’m a present, empowered mom and a role model to my boys. I love teaching yoga and walking alongside others as they reconnect with themselves and their own spark. This chapter of life isn’t about settling—it’s about fully showing up, living boldly, and creating beauty from the inside out. I’m not just going through the motions anymore—I’m in the driver’s seat.

Along the way, I’ve gathered a rich and varied toolkit:
I’ve been teaching yoga since 2017 and am a certified death doula, trained to walk with others through life’s most sacred transitions. I’m also a Navy veteran, a former corporate professional at a Fortune 500 company, a lifelong self-help junkie, and an expressive artist who believes healing doesn’t have to be heavy—it can be creative, bold, and even fun.

If you're feeling stuck, restless, or ready for something more—you’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it out alone either. I’m here to walk alongside you as you uncover what’s next—whether that’s rediscovering your spark, dreaming a new dream, or simply feeling more you again.

Curious about working together?
Let’s talk about what this next chapter could look like—for you.
